Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the service cost.

Our stylists work on commission, and missed appointments greatly impact their livelihood. Thank you for your understanding and support.
